The first thing you'll notice about this monitor is its wide screen. Unfortunately, I ran into some issues using it with my devices like Samsung DeX. DeX requires a specific resolution that you can't really adjust, making it a bit annoying to use. Also, keep in mind that this monitor doesn't offer 1080p resolution due to its screen size.

Compared to other portable screens, this one is a bit thicker, but still portable if needed. However, it doesn't come with a cover, so it can easily get scratched if you're not careful when placing it in your bag. On the plus side, it has a built-in kickstand that works well and allows for some angle adjustment. There's no touchscreen capability, but it does have sound, which is decent but not spectacular—don't expect surround sound quality.

This isn't really a gaming monitor, but you can use it for that if you want, just know it's not optimized for it. I primarily use it as a small side monitor to keep chat windows open while gaming on my laptop. It does have mounting holes on the back for attaching it to a monitor stand, but screws and mounts are not included.

Note that if you use the DP, you'll need to power the monitor with a Type-C to USB cable, whereas a Type-C to Type-C connection handles both power and video.

The color and brightness are decent, though there's noticeable glare if you use it outdoors. Overall, this monitor is worth considering if you need something small for tasks like reading or monitoring. It can play movies but has its limitations. It's not the ideal monitor for everyone and comes at a relatively high price point.

I find this monitor really useful for school, especially during parent conferences, student meetings, and similar events. The setup is a breeze, and it allows you to either share/mirror your screen or extend it. While there are larger monitors available, this size is perfect for traveling. It doesn’t come with a case, but it is nicely packaged in a sturdy cardboard box.

The 860P resolution is quite good, though not the highest available on the market.
