Warranty Coverage:

Macsecor offers a 1-year limited warranty on all laptop screen extenders purchased directly from our website. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
To be eligible for warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase from Macsecor’s website or an authorized reseller.
The warranty covers defects arising from normal use of the laptop screen extender. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any other factors beyond normal use.
Macsecor reserves the right to determine whether a warranty claim is valid and may request additional information or evidence to support the claim.
If a defect covered by the warranty is identified, Macsecor will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective laptop screen extender with a new or refurbished product.
Repaired or replaced products will be covered under the remaining warranty period or for 90 days, whichever is longer.
The warranty does not cover any expenses incurred for shipping, handling, or any other associated costs unless explicitly stated otherwise by Macsecor.
Macsecor is not liable for any data loss or damage to your laptop or any other device resulting from the use of the laptop screen extender.
This warranty is in addition to any rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

Exclusions:

The following situations are not covered under the warranty:

Damages resulting from improper installation or use not in accordance with the provided instructions.
Damages caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or neglect.
Cosmetic damages such as scratches or normal wear and tear.
Damages caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Damages resulting from compatibility issues with laptops or other devices not explicitly listed as compatible with the product.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

If you encounter a problem covered by the warranty, please contact our customer support team within the warranty period. Provide them with your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. Our support team will guide you through the warranty claim process.

Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Macsecor’s liability for any claim arising under the warranty or related to the laptop screen extender, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the purchase price of the product. In no event shall Macsecor be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
